Horrible service they gave me the runaround for almost two hours about my delivery.
Horrible experience. first time dealing with this pharmacy they gave me the runaround. Who ever answers the phone is very rude. Called after 10 was placed on hold four times. When I asked to speak to a manager she didn’t even say hold on she just placed me on hold. I was simply calling to find out if my daughters medication was going to make it on time if not I was going to go pick it up because she’s four and has the flu I definitely needed her medication the night of. I also paid for medication out-of-pocket the least I could’ve done is be given good customer service. I would be concerned if I was the owner of this facility as to how my staff is running in when he/she is not present. I would not be returning to this pharmacy was definitely disgusted by the services. Very unprofessional.
!!! Somehow a lesser review of another business was accidentally posted under Remedies Pharmacy!! and it got a response from the store 🤦🏻♀️….well at least now I can fix it.I’ve been going to Remedies Pharmacy for 12 years. They’re super reliable and my prescriptions are always ready before I can get from my doctor’s office to the pharmacy. 1 time, I forgot to pick up my script and they delivered it without me asking! 👍🏼
Very modern, and clean design. Best customer service with the nicest owner. They have a tremendous selection as well. They also have a separate state of the art cosmetic department staffed with numerous cosmeticians.
